One of my finest memories of Celtic Park and the day we started to realise that something special was taking shape. I remember after the 3rd goal the looks of disbelief on the people round about me. And Henrik's chipped goal is still the finest goal I have seen in person.
My dad told me that he listened to the game on the radio and only tuned in after 15 minutes to be told that "the ball has gone out for a throw-in and it is 3-0 to Celtic." He thought the commentator meant 3-0 in throw-ins!
What i remember about that day was still feeling unsafe at 3-0. We had had so many years of getting booted in the privates i still thought it could go wrong.
I've never have been so drained as i have been at the end of 90mins as i was that day.
MON could have not done half of what he done and he would still be seen as a legend due to that result..

I re-dislocated my pelvis, (Old Egg-chasing injury) slipping down the cellar steps in my pub in Edinburgh, the morning of that day.
Finished my paperwork, took a few paracetamols then headed to the International Bar, Tollcross for the bus to the game. Hospital is for ghirrls!!
Stood on the bus all the way to Paradise at the back in the steps by the bog, drinking sips of the blessed Tonic to ease my pain. Had to go straight into the ground that day, no pre-match drinks as I was walking like John Wayne and it took me hours to get up those steps to my seat in the JS Upper.
Sat down and was in agony and ecstasy when we were up and down like yo-yos celebrating those goals.
Back East afterwards. Bus rocked to 'We're gonna Celebrate' except my and my bro "We're off to Casualty!!"..
Stumbled across the Meadows to A&E, nice Irish lady doctor re-located my pelvis, given much stronger pain killers and then back to the IB for some swift ones. Then down nearer to closing for a few at the bar I managed (just to check in so to speak).
Then Clubbing at the 'Arc' with flatmates.
Brilliant Day - have a feeling that this team may be doing something similar soon. However like that team, our present squad is also capable of being on the receiving end at Snake Mountain in the return fixture with a little bit of help from the 'specsavers loyal' for TFOD.
Still, how good would it be to see Skoosh copy Henrik's Chip over the despairing hands of McGregor?

i had been unwell for a few days before it with tonsilitis and missed oasis at glasgow green (think u were there kev and that would have been 1st time i met u if i had made it).
so i was needing cheering up and wasn't disapointed.
i remember worrying at 3-0 as well.
henke's chip was just superb, best goal v them ever?
iain-that is scary stuff i remember being a wee boy of 9 when stark scored that goal.
remember souness and that shocking tackle on stark as well.
The reason I remember is that I was made redundant the day before, 20 years ago today.
Okay the them are through but this is still a better day for me.
