Motherwell v Celtic - HT 1-3

That's more like it Celtic !!!

Make no mistake the "family club" are fighting tooth and nail for this (surprise, surprise).
The pitch is an absolute disgrace.
But we are in there fighting.

We said that we would take a first goal in any shape or form, and it looked as tho it was Mick's arm rather than his napper that got the first one over the line (15min) after cross in from Naka.

However, short lived cos Hartley feet got stuck in the sand on the half way line, and Motherwell went right up the park and scored (surprise surprise). Possible that Mick knocked the ball over the line as it was going out.

Skippy hit back in 30min after another cross into the box.

Big Jan who wasn't getting much joy from either defense or ref, scored a cracking header from a Robson corner jusr on half time.

I am happy with this performance and fight.
Keep it up, bhoys - hit them for 6!!!

I would bring Caddis early second half: the Nails is playing poorly as usual and Hinkel is obviously suffereing from culture shock after seeing the state of the "pitch"...

I for one a happy to see Robson in the mix - defo not a game for the likes of Donati.

One more goal and Motherwell will collapse (not before that tho').

I think Celtic put away the tools after the fourth goal, just to keep Motherwell interested. :-)
At least it`s a win.
