Post Match Session: CHAMPIONEES.

My eyes were in Dundee tonight, my ears in Aberdeen and I witnessed a brillant sight, the best sight I have seen. The League took many twists this time and also many turns......but Celtic won the league this time for Tommy Burns.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tonight we met our destiny, fulfill our date with fate, on such tense and stressful nights, LEGENDS we create, from Boruc to McDonald, behind them to a man, emotions will be fragile, the joys of being a fan, the pride of following Celtic, seeps out from every pour, behind them untill the bitter end regardless of the score, so sing the songs with pride, songs with which you've grown, and remember as a CELTIC FAN YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE.

Forza

I have just watched the highlights again on Scotsport. I was maybe too interested in jumping around at the time.

Yes, my ankle is fucked.

I am now the emotional wreak I thought I would have been at 9.30 tonight.

The interviews. The celebrations and the T-Shirts.

God Bless Tommy Burns.

Big man...you never win a title as manager but tonight you won one as a benchmark.....

Tears have just dropped over the keyboard....

Keving, sixta and baldy, I wish I could be in Scotia with you tonight. I'm still at it several hours later. And have a Dynamo game (my hometown squad) still to go that doesn;t start for another 40 mins.!

God bless Tommy. God bless Phil! And bless even the bumble-footed Lee Naylor. Winning makes everyone a Hall of Famer!

YESYESYESYESYESYEYS!!

Saw the highlights on Scotsport, which I had taped, that was a fast paced match! How much for Willo Flood?
Still on a high cloud and I can breath properly again and where has that headache gone?
I was there in 1981 and would have loved to have been there last night, the radio brings a unique intensity shown expertly in a painting by Edvard Munch, however the Hibs game when the Bhoys reached 86 points was ultimately the league winning match and I was there and appreciated it fully.
Joan and I celebrated by sharing a bottle of Peroni blue label just like Champagne!
What a sweet day!
Che una bella giornata!

Ian it was a cracking game. Fast paced and full blooded. I couldnae have asked for anything mair from The Hoops.

Watching setanta (just now) and that Helicopter picture just cracks me up as much as wee Nacho proving he is a wee jobbie.

SMILE LIKE YOU MEAN IT LHADS.

Hail Hail Hoops, don't you think it's time - for one of these shitty poems to rhyme? They gave us Johnstone, Tully, Burns & Beer - But they never gave us William Shakespeare! So no more maudlin poems of woe - Let's just celebrate 3 in a row. So what if Strachan rode his luck? - We don't really give a... Hail Hail!

Funnily enough I think that the loss at Motherwell three years ago had given us the hope that the Celts COULD do it.
Thanks for that, Rangers.
Also, deserved respect to Messrs Smith, McCoist and Ferguson.
My worry was that perhaps Celtic had gone top a game too soon and allowed a comeback but all`s well that ends well!
